海外党回国也能使用支付宝啦！只需海外手机号注册！
近日，阿里巴巴旗下金融科技公司蚂蚁金服(Ant Financial)本周二在一份声明中表示：支付宝海外版上线，这一功能是专门为国际旅行者设计的。也就是说，海外用户无需中国国内银行账户，无需中国国内手机，也无需中国身份证，只需要用海外手机号注册，就能使用电子钱包功能。谷歌安卓和苹果iOS均可下载，简直是海外党的福音！在支付宝的官推上，还用漫画的形式，解锁了如何下载和使用这一手机支付功能：
